It based on the candid memoir Jarhead: A Marine's Chronicle of the Gulf War and Other Battles by Anthony Swofford, a former sniper in the Gulf War of 1991. Small tidbit – its publication date coincided with the beginning of the Iraq war in March of 2003.
Lie With Me
Moving from war to sex, Lie with me is based on the erotic novel by Tamara Faith Berger and adapted by Clement Virgo for the screen. While most films take their cues from the male perspective, this story is seen and experienced through the eyes of salacious female point of view . And it's sexy to an extreme.
