Oak Island
Twenty miles outside of Halifax, Nova Scotia is Oak Island. For over 200 years people have been looking for what some think is Captain Kidd’s pirate treasure buried at the foot of an intricately designed money pit, or maybe the Holy Grail hidden by the Knights Templar. A new book by Lee Lamb, Oak Island Obsession, documents her parents search for the prize, and the circumstances that would eventually claim four lives.
Anthony Bourdain
In the world of culinary writings there are few names more notorious than Anthony Bourdain. Rachel met up with the cantankerous chef through the Miami book fair and talked about his apprehension of writers, how he rekindles his passion for food, and the one meal we should all have before we die.

We went shopping at our local food market with Mireille, to find out indeed, how French women do not get fat…
