Reel Asian
Asian cinema has produced some of the most innovative and provocative stories of our time. The Toronto International Reel Asian Film Festival has been showcasing exactly that for 11 years. Recently, filmmakers and supporters of the Festival launched an anthology, Reel Asian: Asian Canada on Screen.

Einstein: His Life and Universe
Over 50 years after his death, Albert Einstein's personal letters were finally made public. Former CNN and Time Magazine head honcho, Walter Isaacson, makes use of these letters to give us an intimate look at a legend. The recent biography delves into Einstein's political initiatives, his complicated romantic life and, of course, his revolutionary ideas which changed the world forever.

Vendela Vida
Vendela Vida's second novel, Where the Northern Lights Erase Your Name, is a dark, whimsical, and heartbreaking tale about one girl's journey to find her family, taking the reader all the way to the Arctic Circle.
